Psychotropic Drugs

Stimulants

Depressants
A category of psychotropic drugs that includes alcohol, tranquilizers, and opiates, which decrease mental activity and can induce relaxation.
Hallucinogens
A category of psychotropic drugs that includes LSD, mushrooms, and marijuana, which alter perception and produce hallucinations.
