Cocktail, Stemware, Straight Up, Martini Glass

Polish glass, chill glass, create cocktail

In shaker with scoop of ice

2 ½ oz Blended Whiskey ( Ask)

½ oz Sweet Vermouth

STIR

Strain into chilled Martini glass

Garnish: 3 cherries across the top on a pick/sword

Manhatten Dry/Extra Dry

Cocktail, stemware, Straight Up, Martini Glass

Polish glass, chill glass, Create cocktail

In shaker scoop of ice

Lace Ice (1/2 oz dry vermouth, shake, pour out vermouth)

Add

3 oz Blended Whiskey (Ask)

Stir, Strain into Chilled Martini glass

Garnish: Lemon twist. If on rocks Lemon twist and Lemon wheel

Polish, chill glass, Create cocktail

In shaker, scoop of ice

¼ oz each of Dry and Sweet Vermouth

Stir, Strain into Chilled Martini glass

Garnish: 3 cherrries across the top on a pick/sword

Bourbon Manhatten

Polish and chill glass, build cocktail

In shaker, scoop of ice

Add 2 ½ Bourbon ( ask)

½ oz sweet vermouth

STIR

Strain into chilled martini glass

Garnish 3 cherries on pick across the top
