Usage Rules

Prohibited Actions

User may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works of the Apple Software

Export Control

The Apple Software may not be exported or re-exported into any U.S. embargoed countries.

Third Party Materials

Apple is not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, copyright compliance, legality, decency or quality of third party materials.

Transfer Restrictions

Apple Software obtained from the Mac App Store is not transferable.

Permitted License Uses

Download, install, use and run for personal, non-commercial use, one (1) copy of the Apple Software directly on each Apple-branded computer.
