Pinyon- Juniper Woodland
South West and Western U.S.; 3 main vegetative types: persistent juniper woodlands, pinyon- juniper savannas, and wooded scrublands.
Sagebrush Steppe
Upper portion of the Intermountain West; Two potential vegetation types are sagebrush steppe and sagebrush scrubland.
