RIGHT TO BE INFORMED OF CHARGES, FACE PEOPLE AGAINST YOU, CALL YOUR WITNESSES, Right to remain silent, Right to a speedy trial, RIGHT TO CROSS EXAMINE HOSTILE WITNESSES, AND HAVE PEOPLE TESTIFY ON YOUR SIDE

PROVIDES FOR JURY TRIALS IN CIVIL CASES
