Now a strong and established dynasty -> considered mandate of heaven

Third step

Dynasty becomes corrupt -> taxes are raised -> power = weaker

Fourth step

Disasters (floods, famines, revolts, invasions)

Fifth step

Dynasty has lost mandate -> rebellion is justified

Sixth step

Dynasty is overthrown through rebellion + bloodshed
