• head restraint should be comfortable

• should allign with eyes and top of ears

Tell me how you’d check the tyres to ensure that they have sufficient tread depth and that their general condition is safe to use on the road

• should have no marks or cuts

• should have 1.6 mm of tread depth across all areas of tire

Tell me how you’d check that the headlights and tail lights are working. You don’t need to exit the vehicle

• whilst stationary turn the headlights on, and get out of the car to check

• same for the taillights
