When the morality of an action depends on the circumstances

Situation ethics
Joseph Fletchers view that we should base decision making on whether an action is loving
Poverty
When someone does not have enough money to satisfy their basic needs such as food, water and shelter
Sentience
The ability to experience feelings, sensations and awareness
