freedom of speech, religion, press, assembly, and the right to petition the government

right to bear arms and form a militia

no soldier can forcibly live in a house, quartering

No illegal searches; warrants are necessary; privacy

right to a jury, protects rights of the accused

right to a fair & speedy trial

Must sue for atleast $20; no retrials for the same crime

No unjust punishment (ex excessive bail, fines, or cruel and unusual punishment)

Any rights used cannot diminish the rights of others

Power not constitutionally given to the US gov are given to the state and people (ex abortion is up to the state)
