The French became stuck in the Mud during this battle, and lost even though they had 30,000 more men.

Joan of Arc helped motivate the army to retake this city during the Hundred Years war.

Compiegne

This town raised its drawbridge allowing Joan to be captured.

Burgundy

Region in France that wanted England to win the Hundred Years war, and actually sold Joan to them.

Long

This bow could shoot farther and with more power than a crossbow.

Gunpowder

The creation of this made castles and armor useless after the Hundred Years War.

Sword

Joan found this in a Church altar, and claimed God gave it to her.

France

The king of this country died without a strong heir. This is seen as one of the causes of the Hundred Years war. Luckily for them they eventually won

England

This country had only 6,000 combined soldiers, but still won at Agincourt.

Stakes

The English placed these in front of their men to stop the horse charge at Agincourt, and helped to trap the French in the mud.

Gold

The French stole this from the English Camp at Agincourt, and never joined in the fighting.
