A statement that supports the thesis (arguable)
Evidence
Support for a claim (not arguable)
ex. Facts, reasons, incidents, example, stats
Concession
Acknowledgement of opposing arguments
Counterclaim
The opposing argument/ claim
Rebuttal
The writers answer/ counter to the counterclaim

A flawed argument that may seem convincing or true but is actually based on poor reasoning
