An organism with chromosomes form mom and dad that match up (2n) Basically a normal cell

Haploid

What are gametes are. Have half of the number of chromosomes and not from both mom and dad. Reproductive cells(egg/sperm)

Haploid:

n = gamete = sperm + egg = half fo the no.

Diploid:

2n = somatic cells(normal) = body cells
