QUICKDRAWS
Used to connect the ropes to the bolt anchor.
HARNESS
A system that connects the ropes to the climber it is worn around the pelvis.
FIGURE EIGHT
A device used for descending it has a reliable stopping power on many belay situations.
BELAY GLOVES
Specialized glove having heat-resistant padding on the palms and fingers.
HELMET
A piece of equipment primarily used to protect the head/skull from falling debris.
Tying in - it is the attachment of the rope to the climbing harness.
Belaying - the skills that mean holding/catching. A skill a mountaineer needs to learn to avoid accidents of falling.
Leading - the leader puts protection while he/she ascends * once he/she reached the top.
Abseiling - it is the technique of descending a stiff rock
Lowering - it is the method of descending after a climb.
