Verify your ARC-210 has a good TOD. Tune both radios to the same frequency. Mode Select TOD on COM 1. Mode Select TTOD on COM 2.

How do you receive a TOD from another jet?

Mode Select TOD and wait until you hear the tone. The other pilot depresses and holds the COM 1 power knob to transmit the TOD signal.
