• hypotension

• erythema multiforme, photosensitvity, ouritis, rash, SJS, TEN, urticaria

• hearing loss, tinnitus

• hypercholesterolemia, hyperglycemia, hypertriglyceridemia, hyperuricemia, dehydration

• hypokalemia, hypovolemia, metabolic alkalosis

• increased liver enzymes

• constipation, excessive urine

• cramps, headache, vertigo

• I/O, weight, edema, lung sounds, skin turgor, mucous membranes

• vitals

• anorexia, nausea, vomitin, cramps, paresthesia, confusion

• tinnitus and hearing los

• allergy to sulfonamides

  • stroke, DVT, PE, bleeding or peripheral vascular disease

  • antidote-andexanet alfa

  • stop 48hr before surgery with increased risk of bleeding, and 24hrs before a surgery with lowered risk
