Circular motion
Movement of an object along the circumference of a circle or rotation along a circular path.
Projectile motion
A form of motion experienced by an object or particle that is projected near Earth's surface and moves along a curved path under the action of gravity only.
Velocity
The speed of something in a given direction.
To make this two-dimensional projectile motion easier, we divide it into two parts of one dimensional motion
one for the horizontal motion (with zero acceleration) and one for the vertical motion (with constant downward acceleration)
Acceleration
a rate of increase of velocity.
Position Vector
The location of a particle relative to the origin of a coordinate system.
Relative Motion
The velocity of an object or observer B in the rest frame of another object or observer A.
Trajectory
The path followed by an object moving in projectile motion.
Reference frame
A frame of reference is an abstract coordinate system whose origin, orientation, and scale are specified by a set of reference points.
