Pyrazinamide

A/E: Hepatotoxicity watch LFTs every 2-4 weeks, non-gouty polyarthralgias, GI Intolerance
Ethambutol
Used if res to INH and Rifampin
C/I: Do not give to children under 8 years
A/E: Optic neuritis- blurred vision, constriction of visual fields. red-green color blindness
