Turkey Pesto
Ingredients
turkey
mozzarella
basil pesto (tree-nut free)
mayo
ciabatta bread
lettuce
tomato
Steps
turn oven toaster on (middle knob) and switch on panini press
grab sandwich, tomato, lettuce and mayo from sandwich fridge
place both sides on sandwuch tray and place in oven/ wait for cheese to get melty
add 1 piece of lettuce and 2-4 slices of tomato and drizzel mayo over one side
transfer to panini press, press on medium heat for 3-4 minutes
for dine in- garnish place with mayo
for to go orders: wrap sandwich with thermal foil and place in pastry bag
sandwiches are pre-prepared, so cant remove cheese, remove turkey, or add more pesto
Turkey Pesto Assembly
Ingredients
turkey
mozzarella
basil pesto
mayo
ciabatta bread
lettuce
tomato
Steps:
cut ciabatta in half and add 2 spoonfuls of pesto on bottom and top
add 4 pieces of turkey on bottom half
add 3 pieces of cheese on top half (usually sliced in halves)
press halves together and wrap in foil to cover sandwich
Chipotle Chicken Melts

julienne tomatos
Steps:
turn on oven and panini press
unwrap sandwich and split in half and place in oven on broil for 3:30 minutes
once cheese is melted remove from oven
add chipotle sauce and mayo and arugula and transfer to panini press and press until grill marks appear
place on plate and garnish plate with sauce of choice

grab a handful of seasoned chicken
add 3 slices of mozzarella cheese

Breakfast Bagel/ Egg Bagel
Ingredients
plain bagel, house made cream cheese, turkey, cheese, egg
steps
take bagel out of the cooler and unwrap; split bagel in half and put on a plate
microwave for 1:30 min
while microwaving, turn on panini press (sear setting for both top and bottom)
remove from microwave and re-assemble sandwich; place onto panini press and grill until grill marks
DINE IN
place onto small plate and serve

place 2 slices of bread in toaster by oven
while toasting, cut banana into many small quarter sized pieces
when done toasting, smear on a layer of peanut butter and add banana to both sides
