God’s Response: I will convince the elders to go with you, and I will certainly be with you.

Moses’ Excuse: What if they ask what Your name is?

God’s Response: You will tell them My name is I AM WHO I AM.

Moses’ Excuse: Suppose they do not listen to me or believe me?

God’s Response: I will give you signs, your staff will turn into a snake, your hand will have dead flesh when you take it out of your cloak, and you will pour some water on the dry ground and it will turn to blood.

Moses’ Excuse: I do not speak well and I stutter.

God’s Response: I will send Aaron to speak for you.

Moses’ Excuse: Please just send someone else!

God’s Response: I will be with you; just GO
