Exercise that increases heart rate and breathing, involving rhythmic movement of large muscle groups, e.g., walking, jogging, biking, swimming.
Anaerobic Activity
Short-lasting, high-intensity activity where demand for oxygen exceeds supply; relies on energy stored in muscles.
Aerobic Activity
Extended activity that involves large muscle groups and makes you breathe hard, helping strengthen the heart.
Rotary Motion
The act of rotating as if on an axis.
Leverage
The exertion of force using a lever or a lever-like object.
