Arabic end of year test

اسْمِي مَاجِد وَعُمْرِي خَمْسَةَ عَشَرَ سَنَةً

my name is majid, and i am 15 years old

أَسْكُنُ فِي الرِّيَاضِ فِي السُّعُودِيَّةِ

I live in riyadh in saudi arabia

أَنَا طَوِيلٌ وَعِنْدِي عُيُونٌ بُنِّيَّةٌ

i am tall and i have brown eyes

شَخْصِيَّتِي خَجُولَةٌ وَلَكِنْ ذَكِيَّةٌ

my personality is shy but smart

أَتَكَلَّمُ ثَلَاثَ لُغَاتٍ: العَرَبِيَّةَ وَالإِنْجْلِيزِيَّةَ وَالأُرْدِيَّةَ

I speak three languages: arabic and english and urdu

أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَلْبَسَ قَمِيصًا وَحِذَاءً رِيَاضِيًّا

I love to wear a shirt and sport shoes

لَدَيَّ أَخٌ وَأُخْتٌ

I have a brother and sister

عِنْدِي صَدِيقٌ مُفَضَّلٌ وَصَدِيقَةٌ مُفَضَّلَةٌ

I have a best friend (m) and a best friend (f)

نِهَايَةَ الأُسْبُوعِ أَلْعَبُ كُرَةَ الْقَدَمِ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِي

At the weekend I play football with my friends

فِي نِهَايَةِ الأُسْبُوعِ الْمَاضِي أَكَلْتُ مَعَ أُسْرَتِي.

Last weekend I ate with my family

فِي نِهَايَةِ الْأُسْبُوعِ الْقَادِمِ سَأُسَافِرُ إِلَى جَدَّةَ

In the next weekend I will travel to Jeddah

لَدَيَّ هِوَايَاتٌ كَثِيرَةٌ مِثْلَ الْكِتَابَةِ وَالتَّصْوِيرِ

I have a lot of hobbies like writing and photography

أُحِبُّ أَنْ أَلْعَبَ كُرَةَ السَّلَّةِ فِي وَقْتِ الْفَرَاغِ

I like to play basketball in my free time

عَلاقَتِي مَعَ أَبِي جَيِّدَةٌ لِأَنَّهُ طَيِّبٌ وَمُتَفَهِّمٌ

My relationship with my father is good because he is kind and understanding

أُحِبُّ أُخْتِي لِأَنَّهَا تُشَجِّعُنِي وَتَدْعَمُنِي

I like my sister because she encourages me and supports me

أَصْدِقَائِي يُدْعِمُونَنِي دَائِمًا وَهُم طَيِّبُونَ

My friends support me always and they are kind

قُدْوَتِي هِيَ أُمِّي لِأَنَّهَا صَبُورَةٌ وَكَرِيمَةٌ

My role model is my mother because she is patient and generous

قُدْوَتِي أُسْتَاذِي لِأَنَّهُ يُشَجِّعُنِي كَثِيرًا

My role model is my teacher because he encourages me a lot

عِنْدَمَا كُنْتُ طِفْلًا كُنْتُ نَشِيطًا وَأَلْعَبُ كَثِيرًا

when i was a child i was active and played a lot

فِي الطُّفُولَةِ كُنْتُ أَقْرَأُ وَأَسْتَكْشِفُ الْعَالَمَ

As a child, i used to read and explore the world

ذَهَبْتُ فِي رِحْلَةٍ مَدْرَسِيَّةٍ إِلَى الْيَابَانِ

I went to a school trip to japan

فِي رَأْيِي، فَرَنْسَا كَانَتْ رَائِعَةً وَمُمْتِعَةً

In my opinion, france was great and enjoyable

زُرْتُ مَتْحَفًا وَمَسْجِدًا فِي الرِّحْلَةِ

I visited a museum and a mosque in the trip

فِي الرِّحْلَةِ شَاهَدْتُ مَعْرِضًا وَتَعَلَّمْتُ أَشْيَاءَ جَدِيدَةً.

In the trip i saw an exhibition and learned new things

أَكَلْتُ طَعَامًا لَذِيذًا فِي الرِّحْلَةِ

I ate delicious food on the trip

التَّجْرِبَةُ الْأَفْضَلُ فِي الرِّحْلَةِ كَانَتْ زِيَارَةَ الشَّاطِئِ

The best experience in the trip was visiting the beach

سَأُسَافِرُ فِي الرِّحْلَةِ الْقَادِمَةِ إِلَى تُونِسَ.

I will travel to tunisia on the next trip

فِي الرِّحْلَةِ الْقَادِمَةِ، سَأَذْهَبُ إِلَى قَصْرٍ تَارِيخِيٍّ

In the next trip, i will go to the historical palace

فِي رَأْيِي، الرِّحْلَاتُ الْمَدْرَسِيَّةُ مُلْهِمَةٌ وَمُفِيدَةٌ

In my opinion, the school trip are inspiring and beneficial

المَدْرَسَةُ نَظَّمَتْ حَفْلَةً فِي نِهَايَةِ الْفَصْلِ

the school organised a party in the end of term

أُحِبُّ أَنْ أُشَارِكَ فِي فَعَالِيَّاتِ الشِّعْرِ وَالْكِتَابَةِ.

i like to participate in poetry and writing activities

أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَكُونَ مُعَلِّمًا فِي الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ

i want to be a teacher in the future

أُفَضِّلُ أَنْ أَعْمَلَ فِي مَدْرَسَةٍ

I prefer to work in a school

فِي رَأْيِي، الْعَمَلُ كَمُهَنْدِسٍ صَعْبٌ

in my opinion, working as an engineer is difficult

أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَعْمَلَ فِي مَكْتَبٍ كَبِيرٍ

I want to work in a big office

أَعْتَقِدُ أَنَّ الرَّاتِبَ فِي الشَّرِكَةِ كَبِيرٌ

I believe that the salary in a company is large

أَعْمَلُ فِي مَتْجَرٍ بَعْدَ الْمَدْرَسَةِ

I work in a school after school

أَنَا مُتَطَوِّعٌ فِي مُسْتَشْفًى

I am a volunteer in a hospital

أُسَاعِدُ الْمُسِنِّينَ وَأُطْعِمُ الْأَطْفَالَ

I help the elderly and feed the children

أَحْتَاجُ إِلَى مُؤَهِّلٍ أَكَادِيمِيٍّ لِلْعَمَلِ

I need academic qualification for work

الْوَظِيفَةُ تَحْتَاجُ إِلَى خِبْرَةٍ وَمَهَارَاتٍ

the job requires experience and skill

فِي الْمُسْتَقْبَلِ أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَدْرُسَ فِي مِصْرَ

in the future i want to study in egypt

بَعْدَ الْمَدْرَسَةِ، أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَتَدَرَّبَ فِي الشَّرِكَةِ

after school, i want to train in the company

أَخُطِّطُ لِلْعَيْشِ فِي الْإِمَارَاتِ

I plan to live in the emirates

أُرِيدُ أَنْ أَعْمَلَ فِي مَجَالِ الْهَنْدَسَةِ

i want to work in the field of engineering

أَسْكُنُ فِي شُقَّةٍ فِي الْمَدِينَةِ.

I live in an apartment in the city

فِي مَدِينَتِي يُوجَدُ مَسْجِدٌ وَمُسْتَشْفًى

in the city there is a mosque and hospital

فِي بَلَدِي تُوجَدُ مَدَارِسُ وَمَحَلَّاتٌ

in my school there are schools and shops

أُحِبُّ مَدِينَتِي لِأَنَّهَا نَظِيفَةٌ وَهَادِئَةٌ

i like my city because it is clean and quiet

فِي الْعُطْلَةِ سَأُسَافِرُ إِلَى الْبَحْرَيْنِ

On vacation i will travel to bahrain

سَأُقِيمُ فِي فُنْدُقٍ كَبِيرٍ عَلَى الشَّاطِئِ

I will stay in a large hotel on the beach

سَأَذْهَبُ فِي الْعُطْلَةِ الْمُقْبِلَةِ إِلَى الْجَزَائِرِ

I will go Algeria next holiday

فِي الْعُطْلَةِ الْمَاضِيَةِ ذَهَبْتُ إِلَى الْعِرَاقِ

In the last vacation I went to Iraq

سَافَرْتُ بِالطَّائِرَةِ وَكَانَ السَّفَرُ مُرِيحًا

I travelled by plane and the trip was comfortable

أَقَمْتُ فِي بَيْتٍ مَعَ أَصْدِقَائِي.

I stayed in a house with my friends

الْإِقَامَةُ كَانَتْ مُمْتِعَةً وَرَائِعَةً

The stay was enjoyable and great

فِي الْعُطْلَةِ زُرْتُ الْمَتْحَفَ وَالْجِبَالَ

In the vacation I visited a museum and mountains

لَعِبْتُ كُرَةَ الطَّائِرَةِ وَأَكَلْتُ كَبْسَةً

I played volleyball and ate kabsa

سَبَحْتُ فِي الْمَسْبَحِ وَالْبَحْرِ

I swam in the pool and the sea

أَحْبَبْتُ الْعُطْلَةَ كَثِيرًا

I liked the holiday a lot

كَانَتِ الْعُطْلَةُ مُتْعِبَةً وَلَكِنْ مُمْتِعَةً

The vacation was tiring and also enjoyable

فِي رَأْيِي، الْعُطْلَةُ فِي مِصْرَ كَانَتْ رَائِعَةً.

In my opinion, the holiday in egypt was great

فِي الْعُطْلَةِ زُرْتُ حَدِيقَةً وَقَلْعَةً تَارِيخِيَّةً

In the holiday I visited a park and a historical castle

أَقَمْتُ فِي خَيْمَةٍ قُرْبَ الشَّاطِئِ

I stayed in a tent near the beach

الْإِقَامَةُ كَانَتْ مُرِيحَةً جِدًّا

the stay was very comfortable

فِي الْعُطْلَةِ شَاهَدْتُ الْبَحْرَ وَاللُّؤْلُؤَ

On holiday I saw the sea and the pearls

لَعِبْتُ كُرَةَ الْقَدَمِ وَأَكَلْتُ الحُمُّصَ

I played football was it was houmous

سَبَحْتُ فِي الْبَحْرِ وَكَتَبْتُ فِي دَفْتَرِي

I swam in the sea and wrote in my notebook

أَحْبَبْتُ الْإِجَازَةَ لِأَنَّهَا كَانَتْ مُثِيرَةً

I liked the vacation because it was exciting

أَعْتَقِدُ أَنَّ الْعُطْلَةَ كَانَتْ أَفْضَلَ مَا فِي السَّنَةِ

i believe that the holiday was the best part of the year

فِي رَأْيِي، كَانَتْ الإِجَازَةُ تَجْرِبَةً لَا تُنْسَى

In my opinion, the vacation was an unforgettable experience
