Better of two audiograms at same day that do not differ by more than 10db at 0.5,1,2,3,4.

Refer to competent person if not compliant audiogram and if still not done, alternative techniques

When should it be done

If worker exposed to >= 85dbA

Within 30 days for new employees

And 2 years for current employees

What should be done if an employee is transferred

Provide baseline and most recent with plh to employee and employer must record the details.
