I was an Administrative Assistant for the School of Performing Arts.

-Responsible for day-to-day customer service and administrative support

-Screened incoming calls and email correspondence, responsible for outgoing messages when necessary

-Communicated with staff, faculty, students, and the general public, both verbally and in writing

-Managed online calendars and scheduling of room bookings within the music building

-Maintained confidential student, faculty, and vendor record files in the online database

-Helped process credit reimbursements for the executive team
