Fondue and hubris. Two of the most dangerous things in the world.
Are they?
My uncle wrote a book called Fondues and Don’ts that was a hit in Milwaukee during the fondue craze of the early 90s. The power eventually corrupted him.
Wow, didn’t take much, did it?
I’ve never trusted fondue since. So maybe that’s the explanation we give. So last night, after the bandit stole your keys-they opened the door and came in to tear up one of the boxes.
—and it was in no way O’Keeffe’s fault!
And then I of course am here for my shift. I smell the unmistakable smell that tore my family apart years ago...fondue.
Of course!
Being incredible at my job I go to investigate—I follow my nose to the janitor’s closet... AHA! Fondue! But then, I hear Rory the Janitor approaching! I know he’s dangerous, because of the fondue, so I hide behind some mops, but little do I know he locks up the janitor’s closet! Trapped inside, I couldn’t prevent fondue from destroying another life...and a priceless work of art! It was the fondue...THE FONDUE!
Someone else must have come in after those two left!
Even though I think you do underestimate what fondue is capable of, maybe we should look at some more footage just to be sure
