These are the techniques or strategies in order to have advantage when playing the game.
Rules of the game
Set of rules on how the game is played, violations, penalties, how to score points, how many players are allowed.
Officiating
Pertains to the officials of the game, their duties and responsibilities of calling for violations, penalties, points, etch, and regularity fair play.
Technical skills
These are basic or fundamental skills needed to play the game. These are required in all sports. It advances in degrees or levels as a player practices or gets used to doing the skills.
Tactical skills
These are the decision-making skills or strategies used in different situations during the game.
Health-related components
These are factors that show how well the systems of your body work.
Skill-related components
Pertains to the factors that form the basis for a successful activity.
Cardiorespiratory Endurance
This is the ability to deliver oxygen and nutrients to working muscles over sustained periods of time.
Body Composition
It is the amount of fat in the body compared to the amount of lean muscle mass.
Flexibility
The capacity to move joints and use muscles through their full range of motion.
Muscular strength
The ability of a muscle to exert force for a brief period of time.
Muscle endurance
This is the capacity of the muscles to repeat a movement or sustain on a particular position for a longer time.
Speed
This is the ability to perform quick movements.
Agility
It is one’s ability to change direction quickly.
Balance
It is an ability to maintain stability in static or when moving.
Coordination
This refers to one’s smooth flow of movement to perform tasks accurately.
Reaction time
The length of time an individual is able to respond to a stimulus.
Power
It is the capacity of an individual to carry out an activity with strength.
