Où habites-tu?

(Where do you live?)

J’habite dans le sud de l’Angleterre, près de la mer, dans une ville appelée Poole. J’adore ma ville comme il y a beaucoup à faire. Toutefois c’est un peu sale puisque nous avons besoin de plus de poubelles.

(I live in the south of England, near the coast, in a town called Poole. I love my city as there is a lot to do. However, it's a bit dirty since we need more bins.)

Décris ta maison?

(Describe your house?)

J’habite dans une maison de 3 étages. Ma chambre est très propre car ma mère est assez stricte. J’aimerais vivre à la montagne quand je serai plus grand car c’est extrêmement pittoresque.

(I live in a 3-storey house. My room is very clean as my mother is quite strict. I would like to live in the mountains when I grow up because it is extremely picturesque.)

Tu préfères la ville ou la campagne?

(Do you prefer the city or the countryside?)

Je crois que la ville est meilleure que la campagne comme vous pouvez faire beaucoup plus le week-end. En revanche, la campagne est très calme donc ce serait relaxant.

(I believe the city is better than the countryside as you can do a lot more on the weekends. On the other hand, the countryside is very quiet so it would be relaxing.)

Où habiteras-tu à l’avenir?

(Where will you live in the future?)

Je vivrais dans un autre pays, mais je préfère vivre près de ma famille.

(I would live in another country, but I prefer to live close to my family.)

Qu’est-ce que tu as fait en ville récemment?

(What have you been doing in town recently?)

Récemment, je suis allé au cinéma avec mes amis et nous avons dîné dans un nouveau restaurant. C'était très divertissant et nous avons passé un bon moment.

(Recently, I went to the cinema with my friends and we had dinner at a new restaurant. It was very entertaining and we had a great time.)

Tu aimerais faire du bénévolat?

(Would you like to volunteer?)

J’aimerais faire du bénévolat pour les sans-abri car je pense qu’ils en ont le plus besoin. Je vais bénévolat dans ma région parce que c’est le plus facile.

(I would like to volunteer for the homeless as i think that they need it the most. I will volunteer in my local area because it is easiest.)

Que manges-tu pour garder la forme?
(What do you eat to stay in shape?)

J’aime penser que je suis en assez bonne santé. Je mange toujours des fruits et des légumes et je ne bois que de l’eau.

(I like to think that i am quite healthy. I always eat fruits and vegetables and only drink water.)

Que faisais-tu quand tu étais plus jeune pour être en bonne forme?

(What did you do when you were younger to be in good shape?)

Quand j'étais plus jeune, je pratiquais de nombreux sports comme le football et la natation. Je faisais aussi des activités en plein air, ce qui m'a aidé à rester actif.

(When I was younger, I played many sports such as football and swimming. I also did outdoor activities, which helped me stay active.)

Quels sports fias-tu pour garder la forme?

(What sports do you do to stay in shape?)

Je joue aussi au tennis toutes les semaines avec mon père, cependant, le week-end dernier, j’étais occupé avec mes amis.

(I also play tennis every week with my dad, however, last weekend I was busy with my friends.)

Tu bois de l’alcool ou tabagisme?

(Do you drink alcohol or smoke?)

Non, je ne le fais pas car je suis trop jeune, mais je boirai un peu quand j’aurai dix-huit ans. Je ne fumerai jamais car c’est très mauvais pour la santé

(No, I don't because I'm too young, but I'll drink a little when I'm eighteen. I will never smoke as it is very bad for your health.)

Que penses-tu des questions de l‘environnement?

(What do you think about environmental issues?)

Je pense qu’il est très important de protéger notre planète. Nous devons tous aider de toutes les manières possibles. J’aide en prenant les transports en commun quand je peux.

(I think it's very important to protect our planet. We all need to help in any way we can. I help by taking public transport when I can.)

Il y a des problèmes environnementaux dans la ville?

(Are there any environmental problems in the city?)

Je pense que nous avons besoin de plus de poubelles car il y a beaucoup de plastique dans les rues. Cependant, le monde devrait essayer d’utiliser l’énergie verte.

(I think we need more bins because there is a lot of plastic on the streets. However, the world should try to use green energy.)

Que feras-tu à l’avenir pour aider l‘environnement?

(What will you do in the future to help the environment?)

À l’avenir, je ferai du bénévolat pour des organismes de bienfaisance qui militent pour l’arrêt du changement climatique.

(In the future, I will be volunteering for charities that advocate for stopping climate change.)

Il y a des problèmes de pauvreté dans ta ville?

(Are there poverty problems in your city?)

Il n’y a pas beaucoup de pauvreté à Poole et à Bournemouth, mais en Angleterre, c’est un problème plus important. La meilleure façon d’arrêter cela est de faire un don à des organismes de bienfaisance.

(There is not much poverty in Poole and Bournemouth, but in England, it is a bigger issue. The best way to stop this is to donate to charities.)

Il y a des SDF dans ta ville?

(Are there homeless people in your city?)

Il y a des problèmes de logement pour certains habitants, et c'est une question sociale importante qui nécessite des solutions.

(There are housing problems for some residents, and it's an important social issue that requires solutions.)

Où vas-tu en vacances d‘habitude?

(Where do you usually go on holiday?)

J’avais l’habitude d’aller en France tous les ans avec ma famille mais maintenant nous allons dans de nombreux pays.

(I used to go to France every year with my family, but now we visit many countries.)

Tu préfères voyager en train ou en avion? Pourquoi?

(Do you prefer to travel by train or plane? What for?)

Je préfère voyager en avion car c’est beaucoup plus rapide. Cependant, quand je suis malade, je préfère voyager en train.

(I prefer to travel by plane because it's much faster. However, when I'm sick, I prefer to travel by train.)

Où es-tu allé en vacances l’été dernier?

(Where did you go on holiday last summer?)

L’été dernier, je suis parti en vacances en Thaïlande. Nous avons visité Bangkok et c’était exceptionnel. Ensuite, nous avons nagé dans la mer luxuriante. J’ai adoré ça.

(Last summer, I went on holiday to Thailand. We visited Bangkok, which was exceptional, and then swam in the lush sea. I loved it.)

Quelles seraient tes vacances idéales? Pourquoi?

(What would be your ideal vacation? What for?)

Pour mes vacances idéales, j’aimerais aller sur une plage paradisiaque, explorer de nouvelles cultures, et me détendre loin du stress quotidien. Cela me permettrait de me ressourcer et de profiter de la nature.

(For my ideal vacation, I would like to go to a paradisiacal beach, explore new cultures, and relax away from the stress of everyday life. It would allow me to recharge my batteries and enjoy nature.)
