The plant- Lena’s plant symbolizes her dreams and spirations. It represents her desire to grom and thrive, much like her ambitions for education and independence. The plant’s struggle to survive reflects the challenges faced by the younger family.

The Insurance check- The $10,000 insurance check symbolizes hope and the potential for a better future. it represents the dreams of the family, particuarly Walter Lee’s ambition to invest in a liquor store, and the conflict over how to use this money highlights differeing dreams within the family.

The House in Clybourne Park- THe house Symbolizes both oppurtunity and racial discrimination. It represents the family’s aspiration for upward mobility and a better life, while also illustrating the barriers they face due to systemic racism. The neighboorhood’s resistance to their presence underscores the social challenges of the time.
