Distributed Denial-of-Service Attack (DDoS Attack)

A cyber-attack in which the perpetrator(s) use multiple machines with unique IP addresses to make a machine or network resource unavailable to its intended users.

Phishing Scam

The attempt to obtain sensitive information such as usernames, passwords, and credit card details by disguising as a trustworthy entity.
