What is a rule for every number?
The number must be over the number one and it must be less than 10 for example if the number is 319, we put a decimal in front of the one (3.19)

What are metric prefixes?
Metric prefixes are symbols placed before a unit of measurement indicate that is in a multiple or multiple to the base unit. What is a pico?
A pico is a symbol used with other units of measurement like a pico metre to show extremely small quantities. Pico is a metric prefix meaning one trillionth “10(-12)” or one divided by 1 trillionth
