New onset of chest pain of suspected cardiac origin

 Tinnitus
 GI upset
 GI bleeding
 Increased risk of bleeding, especially in conjunction with other medication that irritate the stomach lining

Black Box Warning

Contraindicated in children under the age of 12 with flu-like symptoms due to the risk of Reye’s syndrome.
