Parallelism

similarity of structure in a pair or series of related words, phrases, or clauses

antithesis

Placing two opposing ideas next to each other

anaphora

deliberate repetition of the same word or words at the beginning of successive clauses, sentences, or lines

epistrophe

deliberate repetition of the same word or words at the end of successive clauses, sentences, or lines.

epanalepsis

repetition at the end of a clause of the word or words that occurred at the beginning of the same clause. (Beginning and end of the same clause)

anadiplosis

the repetition of the last word (or phrase) from one clause at the beginning of the following clause. (end of one to beginning of next)

antimetabole

Repetition of identical words, in successive clauses, in reverse grammatical order.

chiasmus
