HPV (human papillomavirus)

most people have no symptoms, warts growths over external genitalia and around anus & some strains can lead to cervical, penis, anus, throat and mouth cancer

vaccine for certain types of HPV, no cure (naturally goes away but some types may lead to cancer and genital warts), freeze them off

HIV (human immunodeficiency virus)

fever, flu-like symptoms

Antiretroviral (ART) drugs can lower the amount of HIV in blood
