Organisational Behaviour (OB)
The study of how individuals and groups behave within an organization.
Diversity
The variety of individual differences and similarities that exist among people, including race, gender, age, sexual orientation, and more.
Inclusion
An environment in which diverse individuals are valued and integrated into the organizational culture.
Eysenck's Personality Types

Nomothetic approach
