Sulfonamides
Sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim (co-trimoxazole)
MOA: inhibit growth of bacteria
Indications: against gram negative & gram positive organisms, UTI, respiratory tract infection
Adverse Effects: allergic reaction, diarrhea, rashes
