Athlete’s foot is an infectious disease caused by the agent of disease-Fungi. It is typically spread through contaminated public spaces and if you walk barefoot in a space you may get it.

Familial Hypercholesterolemia is a genetic disorder that cannot be spread through indirect ways as it can only be spread through reproduction. It is unlikely that these have since they are not related and just starting symptoms recently.
