Development
The people’s economic growth, along with the growth of their basic needs like education, health, and lifestyle.
National Development
The ability of a country to enhance the living standards of its residents, providing basic needs such as food, education, and medical aid.
Per Capita Income
A country's total earnings divided by its total population, reflecting the living standards of its citizens.
Net Attendance Ratio
The total number of children in a specified age group attending school divided by the total percentage of children in the same age group.
Literacy Rate
The total number of people above 7 years who can read, write, and understand.
Infant Mortality Rate
The total number of children that die within one year of age as a proportion of 1000 live births.
Human Development Index (HDI)
An index prepared by the UNDP that measures countries' development based on per capita income, literacy rate, and life expectancy.
Body Mass Index (BMI)
A measure calculated by dividing a person's weight (kg) by the square of their height (m), indicating nutritional status.
Sustainable Development
Development that meets the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Public Facilities
Facilities provided by the government such as schools and hospitals, essential for the community's welfare.
