In Amateur, the Breaker is on by default, and as such the house starts off as warm. In any other difficulty mode, the house will reflect the temp of the weather, so if its Snowy then it will be cold.

A Moroi. This ghost type gets faster and faster as your sanity depletes, so if it goes back up then the Moroi will slow down.

If you use a Spirit Box or the Microphone, then it can curse you to lose your sanity WAYYYY faster. It will even deplete when youre in the light.
