Anconeal process
Beak-like eminence dorsal to Trochlear notch. Will contact the Supratrochlear foramen of the Humerus at the Olecranon fossa.
Trochlear notch
Concavity on the proximal end of the Ulna where the Trochlea of the Humerus will fit into.
Coronoid process
Processes ventral to Trochlear notch. One is longer (Medial coronoid process) while the other one is shorter (Lateral coronoid process).
Radial notch
Located just ventral to the Coronoid processes of Ulna. For articulation with the Radius.
Olecranon/Olecranon tuber
I for Caudal arm mm. (Extensor of Elbow jt. – “ATT”; (Radial n.).
O for Ulnar heads of FCU (Ulnar n.) and DDF (Ulnar n. and Median n.).
Ulnar tuberosity
Below Medial Coronoid process. Another Insertion for Biceps brachii and Brachialis besides Radial tuberosity.
Lateral Styloid process
Distal pointy end of Ulna.
Distal end of Ulna
Articulates with the Ulnar and Accessory carpal bones.
