Iliac Crest
The uppermost ridge of the ilium, the largest bone in the pelvis.
Greater Sciatic Notch
A deep notch in the ilium, allowing the passage of the sciatic nerve.
Pubic Symphysis
The joint where the left and right pubic bones meet at the front of the pelvis.
Ischial Tuberosity
The bony prominence on the ischium, serving as a site for muscle attachment.
Greater Trochanter
A large, protruding bony structure at the proximal end of the femur, for muscle attachments.
Intercondylar Fossa
A deep notch between the condyles of the femur, important for knee joint stability.
Medial Malleolus
The bony prominence on the inner side of the ankle, formed by the tibia.
Cuboid
A cube-shaped bone in the foot, important for foot movement and support.
Tarsals
The group of seven bones in the foot that make up the ankle and heel.
Phalanges (toes)
The bones of the toes, comprising proximal, middle, and distal segments.
