Excessive use of force - after taking LSD and experiencing acute psychosis, he stole 2 packets of biscuits and was then pursued by police and tasered 14 times and died as a result. NSW coroner found actions of the police were reckless, excessive and an abuse of power

Claire nowland

found wandering her aged care facility with two knives, police were called and Kristain White deployed a taser on her, and Nowland then died
