Formation of fatty acyl glycerol P (wants polar head)

Step 3

Insertion of fatty acyl glycerol phosphate into the cytosolic side of SER by acyl transferase enzyme

Step 4

Phosphatase removes phosphate, now 1 carbon without octet

Step 5

Choline phosphotransferase inserting a choline phosphate onto the glyceral
