The situation the character is in based on the descriptions and experiences they are facing and how it affects them

An event in the story that heavily affects society

The cultures and practices they practice based off the setting
Imagined Setting
A setting that is fully made-up or does not exist on earth
Utopia Society
A perfect society with no flaws
Dystopian Society
Reality problems are further exaggerated to make the situation worse
Moral
The lesson you have learned from the story. Always “must”, “should”, or suggest action
Dehumanization
Humans are not treated like humans but rather objects and don’t have the characteristics that make up a human
Enforced Conformity
People are forced to be the exact same, destroying uniqueness and diversity. They are required to follow rules or laws
Surveillance and Control
Humans are constantly being monitored no matter where and what time it is.
Illusion of a Perfect Society
Humans are manipulated or brainwashed into believing society is okay and there are no problems
Suppression of Individual Thought
People are not allowed to create opinions or express themselves. Whatever the highest officials tell you is the truth, and what you say is no longer valid
Totalitarian Rule
A single person or group controls the entire world without needing other opinions to create decisions
Sequence of Desist
It often starts with totalitarian rule setting strict laws (enforced conformity) and is often watched closely (surveillance). People will rebel and use their individual thoughts against it but because of punishments will stop.
