Chest/Pectoral
Diagonal fold; 1/2 distance between anterior axillary line and nipple (men) or 1/3 distance for women.
Midaxillary
Vertical fold on the midaxillary line at the level of the xiphoid process of the sternum.
Triceps
Vertical fold on the posterior midline of the upper arm, halfway between the acromion (shoulder) and olecranon (elbow) processes.
Subscapular
Diagonal fold (45° angle) 1-2 cm below the inferior angle of the scapula.
Abdominal
Vertical fold 2 cm to the right of the umbilicus.
Suprailiac
Diagonal fold in line with the natural angle of the iliac crest, taken just superior to the iliac crest in the anterior axillary line.
Thigh
Vertical fold on the anterior midline of the thigh, midway between the inguinal crease (hip) and the proximal border of the patella (knee).
