The chromosomes are located on opposite sides of the cell and a nuclear envelope begins to form around each set

Prophase

Chromosomes start to condense nucleus breaks down miotic spindle starts to form

Interphase

(First step of cell cycle followed by mitosis and cytokineses) where the cell grows and prepares for mitosis and makes a copy of its dna
