Dry Martini

2oz gin or vodka

½ dry vermouth

1. rinse glass & shaker with vermouth, keep a small amount in the glass

2. add liquor & ice to shaker, strain into glass

garnish: lemon twist

glass: martini

Dirty Martini

2 oz gin or vodka

½ oz olive juice

Pour into shaker and strain into martini glass.

Garnish: olives on toothpicks

French 75

2 oz gin

3 lemon wedges

3 pulls simple syrup

Shake with ice, pour into champaign flute a bit over halfway, top with Prosecco champagne

old fashioned

1. add sugar cube, cherry, half orange slice, 5 dashes of bitters to glass

2. if sweet, add dash of cherry juice. if sour, add sour mix

3. muddle in glass

4. add ice

5. 2 oz of bourbon, whiskey, brandy, or rye

6. if sweet, top with sprite. if sour, top with seltzer. none if traditional

7. garnish with cherries on pick

mojito

1. 2oz light rum & 6 mint leaves in shaker, crush up with muddler

2. add 1 oz simple syrup, 1 pull sour, 2 pulls lime, ice & shake

3. pour into highball glass with dirty ice

4. add more ice, top with seltzer, garnish with mint leaf

margarita

2 oz tequila

½ oz tamarelo liquor

1 oz lime juice

2 pulls simple syrup

shake with ice & strain into highball glass, top with splash of seltzer & lime wedge

paloma

2 oz tequila

2 oz grapefruit juice

dash sour mix

2 pulls lime

shake & strain into highball glass, top with seltzer, garnish with lime

death in the afternoon

1. pour 1oz absinthe into bottom of champagne flute

2. fill remainder with prosecco

3. drop bitter soaked sugar cube into glass

pisco sour

2 oz pisco

3 lime wedges & 1 lemon

1 pull simple syrup

add ice, shake, strain into rocks glass

garnish with angostura bitters

caipirinha

2 oz cachaca

2 pulls simple syrup

2 pulls lime

½ pull sour mix

add ice & shake, strain into highball glass

garnish with lime wedge

bacardi cocktail

2 oz light rum

1 pull lime juice

dash sour mix

shake & strain into a martini glass, float grenadine into bottom of glass, garnish with maraschino cherry

2 pulls grenadine

2 oz pineapple juice

add ice, shake, strain into martini glass. garnish with lime

cosmopolitan

2 oz vodka

¾ oz tamarelo liquor

1 pull lime

1 ½ oz cranberry juice

add all ingredients into shaker, add ice, strain into martini glass, garnish with orange twist
