Hispanic vs Latino offciers

Hispanic cultures include Spain and Spanish-speaking origination but do not include Brazil, wherein Latino culture includes Brazil but does not include Spain; it is primarily people from Latin American countries and origins and Hispanics from Spanish-speaking origins

End of Watch (EOW)

A term designated for when an officer is killed in the line of duty. Occasionally, during a deceased officer’s memorial ceremony, the designated agency dispatcher will announce his or her badge/unit number at least three times over the radio with no response in return
