Critical Path Method helps to identify

The path taking longest time through the network of activities is called

critical path

The critical path provides a wide range of

scheduling information useful in managing a project

CPM determines the requires sequence and construct a network diagram reflecting

the precedence relationships

Activity that has no predecessor is the

beginning activity

Activity that is predecessor to no other activity is the

ending activity
