Vitamin and mineral deficiency resulting in soft, malformed, and fragile bones.
Rickets
Condition in children where bones do not ossify properly, leading to soft and bendy bones.
Paget’s Disease
Overproduction of abnormal bone tissue that fractures easily, affecting areas such as the skull and pelvis.
Scoliosis
Abnormal lateral curvature of the spine, often diagnosed with physical exams and X-rays.
Kyphosis
Exaggerated posterior curve of the thoracic spine, often associated with osteoporosis.
Osteogenic Sarcoma
A type of bone cancer that arises in bony tissue, typically affecting the ends of long bones.
