Steps of cooking boba (2000 Grams)

1. Get 12 Liters of Water
2. Boil water using 3500 Heat
3. While waiting for water to boil weight 2000 grams of Boba in the container
4. After Water is boiling turn down the heat to 3000, then stir the water whilst gently putting in the Boba
5. Stir the Boba gently for another 1-2mins, then wait for 2nd boil
6. After 2nd boil is reached start timer for 20 minutes
7. After 20 minutes of cooking with intermittent stirring every 5 mins, let simmer for 30 mins
8. Prepare Brown Sugar and Hot Water Mixture (600G BS + 400cc of Hot Water)
9. After 30 minutes of simmering, get 4L of warm water (hot + cold) to wash the boba
10. Turn on boba sink faucet and place collinader insider, then start the washing process
