• It leads to urbanization ~ People are getting employed now and still continues

• Time ~ people succumbed to time and life was constricted by certain time limits

• This separates people in power rather class or military.

Let's them have advantages and advance in tech

Build economy and helps makes life more manageable  

How did it happen, where did it happen?

It started United Kingdom (Great Britain) during 1707

Why is it going to happen in Britain: Banking

• People invested in it as there was an advance understanding in stocks and returns

• It was very well developed in the UK

Why is it going to happen in Britain : Canals and roads:

• This was being built in early 1700's

• This happening because of the growing expanse of the UK

• They were transporting lots of materials which was booming the economy

• There lots of canals in the UK

Why is it going to happen in Britain : Coal/Ironers:

• There a lot of coal and ironers and easily accessible

• Lots of child labor was used here

• This fuels all the industrial revolution

Why is it going to happen in Britain : Stability (Politically):

• There political system has final settled parliament vs monarchy

• The monarchy is subservient to parliament

• Monarchy has no political voice and parliament does

• Parliament has more power

• People now feel more important investing into the UK now because of this

Why is it going to happen in Britain : Agricultural revolution

The gradual inclusion of more scientific methods in agricultural

The effect of this is there has been and increase/ high yield in agricultural

Urban areas could get cheap food because of the new scientific methods in agricultural allowed people in urban areas to have more money.

Excess income allowed urban area folks invest their money and get a high return on stocks and their yields.

Where does it start:

It starts in the textile industry:

• Production of thread was already happening and it was in every home.

• There would be a spinning wheel in nearly every home all across the globe.

The effects of the textile mills:

• It was slow and difficult.

• People saw this as a business opportunity and in mid 1800's new advance begin

It was fast and was less work

But the wanted build 10 in a row so this causes... Factories!

Textiles industry:

• Women and children mostly work in this factories

• The spinning Jenny eventually progress and get to the power loom in operation which were in majors factories.

How made the steam engine:

Explain How the steam engine idea came about:

• Comes from coal mines

• The problem was water

• As you get deeper into mines water approaches

The problem with mining coal was:

In early 1700's coal was being used to heat houses, but for workers they had to use the pumps which where manual laborious to get the water out.

What effects does the steam have on industrial revolution:

• James Watt make the first artificial power source in human history to easily get the coal without  

• The steam engine help production in the textile industry  

The steam engine also help create many technologies as well

What was it made out of. what did people think?

It was made out of iron and was fast. People were terrified

what was the problem with iron:

The boiler would explode, so iron production needed to catch up with the new technologies

Labor: 

• On the outside it smelled awful 

• Dirt was everywhere and was on people clothes. People would try to hide this fact in the media, by women wearing nice clothes and them covering a flower on their face to hide the disgusting conditions.  

• It was so bad the coal mine streaks would be on umbrella which is why they made them black.
